Autumn View Log chalet is one of our most private new log cabins.  Its setting is ideal.  No major roads close by, which means no traffic noise, listen to the wind blow gently thru the trees.  The cabin is bordered by over 500 acres of woodland of which is then border by the Shenandoah National Park.  In fact a short hike from the cabin you will find a nice set of waterfalls.  Sit on the covered porch and enjoy the great views.  Watch the sun set over the distance mountains.  You have true peace and quiet here.  Remember when you were a child and use to rock on the porch of your grandmothers house and listen to the rain coming down on her metal roof?  We put a nice green metal roof on the cabin just for that reason.  We put a lot of windows in the cabin, so there is loads of natural light that comes in, while inside, you get the feeling your are one with the outdoors.

On the deck, relax in the top of the line hot tub. It has 78 jets, its own waterfall, LED lights, and even a built-in radio, CD player with pop-up speakers. It is truly an awesome experience.  Time to cook?  Grill out on the stainless steel grill while taking in the scenery around you, what a nice way to vacation.

Inside the Autumn View Log chalet offers 2 bedrooms with queen size pillow top beds and 2 baths.  A 2 person Jacuzzi is nooked in a corner of the master bedroom for those long awaited romantic evenings.

The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with dishwasher, along with all cookware, dishware, utensils and pots and pans. It has nice hickory cabinets with plenty of storage, and beautiful granite counter tops.  A top of the line cabin.  The great room has exposed post and beams, its ceiling soars to 24 feet. The rock fireplace is the main focal point, it reaches to over 10 feet.  Snuggle up to it on those cool days, enjoy our comfortable sofas along with each other.  The great room also has a big screen LCD TV with a DVD player, and a satellite dish for clear reception.

Rest assure the cabins are clean. We clean them ourselves. We are small owners of vacation cabins and we take pride in keeping them in shape.

As you make your way through the living room with vaulted ceilings, beautifully crafted stone fireplace equipped with satellite, 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR. The Blue Span Shenandoah Cabin is 9 miles northwest of Luray, Virginia overlooking the Shenandoah River with fantastic views of the Blue Ridge. A quiet place for either relaxing or that special romantic weekend get-a-way.

The weekend rate for the cabin is $170 a night (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays nights), the weekday rate is $140 a night (Monday through Thursday). There is a minimum stay of 2 nights except on major holiday weekends where there is a 3 night minimum. Inquire about special rates for extended stays. Lodging taxes (10.3%)not included.

All pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware are provided along with basic condiments required for a relaxing stay. Cabin has DirecTV with Washington DC TV access.

All linens are provided. Additonal fee for linens for the sleep sofa.

We are a hospitality institution in Luray, Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, USA. These Luray Virginia vacation rental cabins are the closest accommodations to the Shenandoah National Park’s Central District. Located along U.S. 211 East, near the entrance to the park.

The rear of the cabins open to decks or sun rooms which overlook a scenic bubbling brook.

Brookside Cabins and Gift Shop are open all year. Now is a great time to get away and spend time in the Shenandoah Valley. You can enjoy the Caverns, Shenandoah National Park and do some shopping in our gift shop.

Our log cabins are centrally located along the beautiful Shenandoah River.  While you are relaxing in the river’s riffles or then exploring local attractions, these cabins make for a fantastic get-away.

Our river cabins provide a unique experience to accommodate your budget. They range from our simply 2-room cabins to those that offer all the comforts of home.
Each river front property is home to 3 cabins nestled at the foot of the Massanutten Mountain bordering GW National Forest with breath taking scenery.

Cabins include full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. They have a shower, sink, toilet, wi-fi, picnic tables, fire ring and have heating and air conditioning.  Guests supply all linens including towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. (In room breakfast coming soon plus linens will be included)
