The bedroom has a queen size bed, 1,000 count Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy pillows and comforters to help you relax after a fun day riding or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your meal preparation easy, or you can opt to visit any of our local restaurants.
Each cabin has been thoughtfully decorated with antiques found at our many local shops as well as all the modern amenities you would expect, such as Wi-Fi, HD flatscreen cable tv, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator.

The Belle Of Hot Springs is an Historic Inn located in the small mountain Town of Hot Springs, North Carolina at the foothills of the Appalachian Trail. Where did we get our name? Shortly after the 1800′s there was a drover’s Inn, on this location. With accommodations for travelers and drovers who were using the turnpike. A major route for moving cattle, hogs, turkeys and other commodities from Tennessee and Kentucky to markets in the south, such as Charleston. This location became know as Pleasant Bank Inn, also a loading point for Ottingers Ferry, crossing the river. The old turnpike road is still located were it was 200 years ago along the beautiful river. In this setting you can enjoy the quietness of the countryside and the French Broad River, which is used today for white water rafting in NC. Briar Rose Farm is an old mountain farm nestled in the steep slopes of the southern Appalachian Mountains. We are 30 miles northwest of Asheville and 17 miles south of Hot Springs.
The Sweet Briar Cabin is nestled on an 89-acre farm. The cabin has one cozy bedroom complete with a queen bed. There is a sitting area under a covered deck right through the bedroom’s sliding doors. At the other end of the cabin, another sliding door leads you to the outdoor eating area and hot tub.

We are a small, family-run Bed & Breakfast-style Rustic Mountain Retreat, designed in the spirit of the Great Lodges of older times and ancient places, nestled deep in the mountains of Southern Appalachia along the North Carolina/ Tennessee border. The name Kana’ti is in honor of the first chief of the first people: The Cherokee and earlier Woodland tribes who, according to archaeological evidence, used this area for thousands of years as a hunting ground for Mammoth, Bison, Elk and Deer migrating up and down the Bald Mountain Ranges as the ice caps retreated northward. The lodge itself is constructed of mostly local materials, many of which were reclaimed from old cabins and barns around the Southern Appalachian region. Every part of the building tells a story – the passing age of tobacco in barn poles and hand-rived stakes, restored windows and doors from a local school, and flooring and siding harvested from our own land.

There are no cleaning fees, booking fees, etc., on any of our seven private, distinctive cabins located on seven acres of land. The only charge added to the nightly rental is the tax! Our one bedroom cabins can sleep up to 4 people and our two bedroom/two bathroom cabin can accommodate up to 6 people. Our picnic pavilion and open fire pit area nestled in among the trees offer a great gathering spot for family and friends reunions as well as a cozy experience for two. Mike and Louise Jasmin, the owners, live on the property and are always eager to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Stop in the office any time for information, a local map or directions. While there, take advantage of our free wireless Internet access, or pick out a complimentary movie, book, or board game to enjoy during your stay.
Our peaceful, private, and perfect cabins are non-smoking and immaculately clean while they boast Jacuzzi tubs, gas log fireplaces, central heat and air conditioning, private covered porches, fully equipped kitchens, Satellite TV/Radio, VCR/DVD players, and are pet friendly.
