Nestled between the Great Smokies & the Blue Ridge mountains, the home blends mountain charm & modern conveniences. Great room features a stone fireplace, ample seating to take in the expansive views.

Well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, island, gas stove & stainless appliances.

A large deck off the main level offers two high top tables (total seating for 8) & gas grill overlooking the river.

Main level master bedroom is en suite & furnished with a king bed with pillow top mattress.

Guest bedroom-main level has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress.

Upstairs, a private 3rd bedroom/bonus room is furnished with a large sectional couch, flat screen TV (with Wii & Blue Ray) & a sturdy, unique “double over double” bunk bed. The bonus room sleeps 4 & is complete with its own heating & AC system- perfect for a small family or children.

High-speed internet and Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies, shows, or music. (No cable)

Lower level has a bar overlooking the river, queen sized futon, a full bath, laundry/kitchenette area, game room with ping pong table, Foosball, slot machines & dart board. Furnished lower deck leads to the outdoor fire pit area & has a separate entrance into the basement.
