River Song features a breathtaking view of the New River that will leave you feeling right at home. While you’ll love the peaceful river location, you’ll also appreciate being just minutes from town. A short drive will place you in the heart of downtown – near dozens of fun local shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting attractions. Spend a day at Tweetsie Railroad with the kids taking in the wild west action and thrilling rides, take a leisurely drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway taking in the long range mountain vistas, or ski at one of our many ski slopes before taking the short trip back to your relaxing riverfront cabin.

The master bedroom features a cozy queen size bed with flat screen TV and access to the full bath featuring a claw foot tub on the main level for a relaxing bubble bath. The second main level bedroom also features a queen bed with memory foam topper and TV. The full bath can also be accessed from this bedroom. Climb the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom featuring another comfy queen bed and queen futon with a full bath including shower. (Please note: Spiral staircase has a weight limit of 250lbs). Each bedroom offers you privacy and quiet when you retire in the evenings. Perfect for additional guests or children, there is also a twin sleeper sofa to accommodate everyone in your group. This home offers one level living for those that cannot climb steps and the entry is level with no steps.

The kitchen of this rental is light and airy, stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal in your mountain getaway. Featuring a breakfast bar with seating for 6 and dining table with seating for 4 and more, the kitchen is a great place to make some cookies or prepare a delicious dinner. You are sure to enjoy the large window that offers gorgeous river views from the kitchen.

The living area boasts a large living room with a television, gas log fireplace and beautiful river views. Click on the television, curl up with a book, or head to the game room for a few rounds of fun with your family. There is 5 tvs throughout the house…..one in each bedroom and family room and bonus plus a 65 movie DVD collection. Channels include cartoon/kid friendly, sports and even the golf channel.
