Our WATERFALL COTTAGE is within sight and sound of the iconic Cane Creek Falls. It is a 2BR/2BA getaway in a very special, unique location. It is located 5 miles from the lodge and is NOT part of the B and B. It is only 5 minutes from the town square. Two night minimum stay is required.
This vacation rental is a 2BR/2BA cottage located in the very unique and special, gated location within sight and sound of the iconic Cane Creek Falls. The Waterfall Cottage is the second one downstream of the falls. A large screened porch with dining table and comfortable seating area and other viewing areas will give you the sense of really being with nature as the cottage is about fifty feet from Cane Creek. Lots on either side are vacant. It has two bedrooms with one king and one queen bed and two full baths, wood-burning fireplace (we supply the initial wood), free WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player & DVDs, land-line phone with unlimited USA long distance (cell service is spotty), and a lower covered deck with porch swing. Breakfast is not provided, but we do provide coffee and all the basic needs for cooking. We provide camp chairs for you to use to sit by the falls. Cane Creek is a designated trout stream now open year-round, and you must have a valid license to fish. We use the Waterfall Cottage as our own get-away when not rented and thoroughly enjoy spending time there. There are hiking trails starting at the property line, and you can also check out http://www.hikedahlonega.com . The falls area is rich in history as a Native American gathering place with netting holes and petroglyphs etched in the rocks by the falls.
The TREE TOP ROOM is a 1BR/1BA wing of the owner’s home, but is very private with lots of deck and screened or sun room porch space perched in the trees. This unit includes maid service and breakfast at the lodge. Seasonal views and a nice view of our ponds. Weekends from mid-September to December 31st and some festivals & holidays require a two-night minimum stay.
This room is located in the North wing of the owner’s home on a lot adjacent to the lodge (not the same building as the B&B – short drive or walk ) with a large private deck and private screened-in porch (glassed-in with electric heater November through May to be used as a sun room) overlooking both Big Spring and Little Spring Trout Ponds. You will hear the cascading waterfall that empties into the nearby Little Spring Pond. Access is via a stairway leading from a private parking spot. Amenities include free WiFi, flat screen TV with Direct TV service, separate heat and air conditioning, maid service, mini fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board and coffee maker (organic, free-trade coffee provided). The bath room has a shower, lighted shaving / make-up mirror and vessel sink. Breakfast at the B and B is included. This room, decks and surrounding areas are NON-SMOKING. No pets are allowed, and the maximum capacity is two people. Catch & release fishing can be enjoyed in our Big Pond and walking trails are throughout our 14 acres.

Blue Ridge Mountain Cabins manage a wide array of individually owned one, two, three and four bedroom vacation rental cabins, some with hot tubs and some pet friendly. Just 90 miles north of Atlanta, GA.
The Blue Ridge Mountains offer many activities. Mountain biking, hiking, fishing, boating, bird watching, antiquing and much more. When you rent one of our cabins you will be in the best place to enjoy all the area has to offer.
Each of our Blue Ridge Mountain rental cabins have a fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. Some kitchens also have a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, paper products and soaps are provided. All vacation cabins have heat, ceiling fans and all are air conditioned. Additional amenities include telephone, TV/VCR, most have DVD, porches and grills. There are Jacuzzis and Hot Tubs in some cabins.
All vacation rental cabins have fireplaces. Some cabins have gas logs but most have wood burning fireplaces for that cozy get together during the fall or winter months. Firewood is provided between October 1 and April 1.

For about the same price as a motel suite, you get 2 big bedrooms, living/dining rooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer and two jetted bathtubs. Best of all, you get the privacy and quiet a motel room could never offer. Each bedroom has one queen sized bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating a total of 6 people. What’s in the cabin.: All cooking utensils and linens are provided. All furniture and appliances are brand new. The most unique thing about our location is our proximity to the world famous Appalachian Trail and the surrounding wilderness area of the Chattahoochee National Forest. We are sandwiched between and bordered by the Blood Mountain Wilderness Area and the Raven Cliffs Wilderness Area.
Some of our cabins are only a one hundred yard footpath from the Appalachian Trail, which extends over 2000 miles from Georgia to Maine, over the highest peaks of the Appalachian Mountains. A 2½ mile walk on the Appalachian Trail will take you to the top of Blood Mountain, the highest point on the trail in Georgia, and one of the most scenic sites in Georgia.

Our WATERFALL COTTAGE is within sight and sound of the iconic Cane Creek Falls. It is a 2BR/2BA getaway in a very special, unique location. It is located 5 miles from the lodge and is NOT part of the B and B. It is only 5 minutes from the town square. Two night minimum stay is required.
This vacation rental is a 2BR/2BA cottage located in the very unique and special, gated location within sight and sound of the iconic Cane Creek Falls. The Waterfall Cottage is the second one downstream of the falls. A large screened porch with dining table and comfortable seating area and other viewing areas will give you the sense of really being with nature as the cottage is about fifty feet from Cane Creek. Lots on either side are vacant. It has two bedrooms with one king and one queen bed and two full baths, wood-burning fireplace (we supply the initial wood), free WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player & DVDs, land-line phone with unlimited USA long distance (cell service is spotty), and a lower covered deck with porch swing. Breakfast is not provided, but we do provide coffee and all the basic needs for cooking. We provide camp chairs for you to use to sit by the falls. Cane Creek is a designated trout stream now open year-round, and you must have a valid license to fish. We use the Waterfall Cottage as our own get-away when not rented and thoroughly enjoy spending time there. There are hiking trails starting at the property line, and you can also check out http://www.hikedahlonega.com . The falls area is rich in history as a Native American gathering place with netting holes and petroglyphs etched in the rocks by the falls.
The TREE TOP ROOM is a 1BR/1BA wing of the owner’s home, but is very private with lots of deck and screened or sun room porch space perched in the trees. This unit includes maid service and breakfast at the lodge. Seasonal views and a nice view of our ponds. Weekends from mid-September to December 31st and some festivals & holidays require a two-night minimum stay.
This room is located in the North wing of the owner’s home on a lot adjacent to the lodge (not the same building as the B&B – short drive or walk ) with a large private deck and private screened-in porch (glassed-in with electric heater November through May to be used as a sun room) overlooking both Big Spring and Little Spring Trout Ponds. You will hear the cascading waterfall that empties into the nearby Little Spring Pond. Access is via a stairway leading from a private parking spot. Amenities include free WiFi, flat screen TV with Direct TV service, separate heat and air conditioning, maid service, mini fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board and coffee maker (organic, free-trade coffee provided). The bath room has a shower, lighted shaving / make-up mirror and vessel sink. Breakfast at the B and B is included. This room, decks and surrounding areas are NON-SMOKING. No pets are allowed, and the maximum capacity is two people. Catch & release fishing can be enjoyed in our Big Pond and walking trails are throughout our 14 acres.
